BackstageIQ is developed and maintained by Trotta Consulting Ltd. By accessing or using BackstageIQ (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Intended Use

BackstageIQ is a professional timing and cue management tool designed for live events, rehearsals, and performance environments. You agree to use the App responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The App provides timing information, cue tracking, and performance data based on user interaction. While we aim for accuracy, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

You are solely responsible for verifying timings, cues, and outputs before relying on them in live or safety‑critical situations.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trotta Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, BackstageIQ.

This includes (but is not limited to) show disruptions, missed cues, financial loss, equipment damage, or personal injury.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and functionality of BackstageIQ are the intellectual property of Trotta Consulting Ltd unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App. BackstageIQ may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Purchases

If BackstageIQ is offered as a paid product or includes in‑app purchases, all payments are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Refunds are subject to their policies and applicable consumer law.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
