Terms & Conditions – Cue Timer

Cue Timer is developed and maintained by Trotta Consulting Ltd. By accessing or using Cue Timer (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Intended Use

Cue Timer is a professional timing and cue management tool designed for live events, rehearsals, and performance environments. You agree to use the App responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Cue Timer provides timing and cue information based on user interaction. While reasonable care is taken, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for verifying timings, cues, and outputs before relying on them in live or safety-critical situations.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trotta Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Cue Timer.

This includes, but is not limited to, show disruptions, missed cues, financial loss, equipment damage, or personal injury.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and functionality of Cue Timer are the intellectual property of Trotta Consulting Ltd unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. Availability and Changes

Cue Timer may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

6. Purchases

If Cue Timer is offered as a paid product or includes in-app purchases, payments are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Refunds are subject to their policies and applicable consumer law.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
