Legal
Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Dockline, a service developed and operated by Trotta Consulting Ltd. By creating an account or using Dockline, you agree to these Terms. If you use Dockline for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
1. Dockline’s purpose
Dockline is an operational coordination tool for concert, touring and live-event crews. It helps users organise tours, shows, trucks, queues, statuses and session history.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Tour administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access and ensuring that users have authority to view or edit tour information.
3. Operational and safety responsibility
You remain responsible for verifying truck identity, route, clearance, dock readiness, timings and all safety-critical information before acting. Do not rely on Dockline where loss of connectivity, stale data or an incorrect entry could create danger.
4. User content
You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, back up and transmit it only as necessary to provide and secure Dockline.
You must have the right to enter and share all content, including personal information about drivers or crew. Do not enter unlawful, excessive, misleading or confidential information that your organisation has not authorised.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Dockline, interfere with its security or availability, access another tour without permission, introduce malicious code, scrape the service, or use it for unlawful or harmful activity.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, update, change or discontinue features. During private testing, features and stored data may change as the product is developed.
7. Third-party services
Dockline depends on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase and the device platform. Their availability and terms may affect the service. Links to external services are provided for convenience and are not controlled by us.
8. Account suspension and deletion
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address serious misuse. You may delete your account through Settings or use the account-deletion page. The effect on solo and shared tours is explained before confirmation and in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
Dockline’s software, design, branding and original content belong to Trotta Consulting Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not give you permission to copy, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Dockline is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that operational information entered by users is accurate or current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Trotta Consulting Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by unauthorised or inaccurate user entries, or decisions made without required professional and safety checks.
11. Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Trotta Consulting Ltd, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will publish the current version and date here. For questions, contact support@apps.trottadomenico.com.
